As an author, motivational speaker, success coach, and leadership specialist, Dr. Traylor asserts that the church must be more than a worship center.  The church must be an empowerment center committed to adding value to individuals and families within its community throughout the world.  

 

While Dr. Traylor loves ministry very much, he believes that education is also essential to success.  Dr. Traylor believes that leaders are readers, and therefore, he is esteemed as a life-long learner.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication Studies, a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management & Leadership, and a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Healthcare Administration. 

 

Dr. Traylor is also a passionate Academician. He currently serves as Associate Professor – Core Faculty at Capella University, where he teaches and mentors graduate and doctoral-level students in the School of Public Service and Education. He also enjoys serving as Adjunct Faculty at Adler University, where he teaches doctoral-level courses in the Department of Organizational Leadership

 

While Dr. Traylor is a dedicated spiritual leader and university professor, he asserts that his most important role is being a father to his only child Prince Judah.  In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with Judah, taking long walks by the lake near his home in Texas, and binge-watching Law & Order on Hulu. 

 

Dr. Traylor’s greatest desire is not that you know him, but that you know the God, who lives within him, Jesus Christ, his Lord, Savior, and soon coming King.
